Appointments
Once you make an appointment at our office, that time is exclusively reserved for you. To keep our office running smoothly with minimal wait times, we ask that you please call our office at 239-284-1010 with 24-hours notice to reschedule.
Insurance
For new patients with dental insurance, we ask that you bring your insurance card and photo ID with you to your appointment. Our office staff will file any claims that need to be made and work to get you the maximum benefits. We are Delta Dental Premier Providers. Call us today!
